You can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the active subscription period ends with no cancellation fees.
To cancel a subscription when you’re logged in to your Business Studio account:
- Click on your name at the top right of the home page
- Choose Settings from the drop-down menu
- Select the Subscriptions tab
- Choose the product subscription below the name of your property
- Click on Cancel subscription
- Select Yes, I’m sure when you’re prompted to confirm
When you cancel a subscription, whether it’s for Special Offer, Rate Insights, Visitors’ Profile, or the PRO Package, you’ll be able to continue using the product until the active subscription period ends (payment and functionality remain unchanged). It’s also possible to resume a subscription you cancel so long as you do so within the same subscription period.
trivago will also send you an email confirming your cancellation (check your spam folder just in case it ends up there).
